Synopsis - A compilation of the 146 year history of leadership at Lakeland University. This work charts the development of the school from an academy-seminary to a contemporary liberal arts college with emphasis on the leadership figures who oversaw the development. Includes a total of 18 chapters each devoted to one of Lakeland's leaders and encompassing early biographical information, achievements, and legacy. The first known source to encompass Lakeland's entire leadership development from 1875 - present. Currently pending joint publication by Lakeland University and The Sheboygan County Historical Research Center.
